Verbena Spa at The Feversham Arms Hotel in Helmsley, North Yorkshire, has appointed Diane Collins as its new spa manager.
Collins joins from a role as leisure facility manager at Isle of Eriska, Scotland. Before that she worked at Spa Resources International in Dubai, where she managed the only internationally recognised beauty training school in the Middle East at the time.
At Feversham Arms she will oversee the operations of the spa facility and manage the 16 spa staff.
The spa features a spa garden, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, an aromatherapy room, salt vapour room, samarium, monsoon feature shower, ice cave, foot spa and rasul.
Speaking of her new role, Collins said: “Through previous roles I’ve been fortunate enough to visit some exceptional spas, which have all had their own theme and special ambiance, the likes of which is often very hard to replicate. I hope to bring this knowledge and awareness to the Verbena Spa and work with staff to create a spa journey and experience that no other facility in the region can provide."
