Omni Academy of Beauty offering training scholarship worth £5000
A beauty school in Surrey is offering a scholarship opportunity worth £5,000 to one person. Omni Academy of Beauty, formally known as Isis Beauty Academy in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, is offering the package of professional training towards gaining industry-recognised qualifications to one person aged over 16 with aspirations of a long term career in beauty.
Omni wants to help someone in a difficult financial situation for whom securing funding is a challenge. Application is open now until June 30 and the training will start in September this year, running to December for the VTCT NVQ Level 2 diploma scholarship. Training for the NVQ Level 3 diploma will then take place from April-September 2017.
Carolyne Cross, principal of Omni Academy, said: “We are so excited at the prospect of finding some raw talent and giving one lucky person this incredible opportunity. What we are really looking for is a dynamic and passionate person who is really keen to launch into a career as a beauty therapist or within the beauty industry. No matter which avenue within the industry you choose to pursue, a professionally recognised qualification is essential these days and once you have them you can apply for membership to the relevant professional bodies. Having that all-important Government recognised VTCT qualification will improve those career prospects no end.”
Those interested should visit Omni’s website here for details on how to apply.
