The brand new Live Wellness Zone at World Spa & Wellness and Professional Beauty London

New for 2019, the Live Wellness Zone will feature demonstrations and workshops on the wellness and fitness trends that will shape 2019, from the leading players in this industry.

The zone will feature sessions on mindfulness from Anis Qizilbash, brand new products from Jordan Fitness and so much more!

Amongst the schedule there will be two sound healing sessions from sound healing practioner and Kundalini Yoga instructor, Harriet Emily. Sound healing and Gong Baths are set to be the latest celebrity craze, with Harriet demonstrating a Gong Bath on TV's favourites Lorraine Kelly and Peter Andre, live on ITV's Lorraine this morning.
