Episode 2 - PB’s Therapist of the Year Lucie Allen on wellness & holistic therapies

We are thrilled to bring you The Pro Beauty Pod's 2nd episode where we spoke to Lucie Allen a holistic beauty therapist, educator and mum working out of the stunning Chewton Glen spa in the New Forest. 

Lucie has some of the most varied education and experience as an avid learner. Her unquenchable thirst for knowledge has led her to qualifications in everything from nail technology and dermatology to nutrition and microbiology.

In this episode, we discuss her varied experience, how it felt to be a PB Award winner after being a finalist twice, and her love and passion for all things holistic and wellness. 

We also talked about the importance of looking after yourself as a therapist and Lucie shared what she does to ensure her mind and body are looked after in order to look after her clients.
