Professional Beauty Awards 2017 finalists unveiled
The shortlist for the Professional Beauty Awards 2017 can now be announced.
For the first time, the finalists of the spa and beauty salon categories are made up of the winners and highest scoring finalists from the Professional Beauty Regional Awards 2016, which were held in Manchester on September 18.
The finalists in all other categories entered the national Professional Beauty Awards 2017 directly. Entries for all categories were scored by a panel of independent industry expert judges to decide on the finalists.
