Professional Spa & Wellness Convention confirmed as Europe's leading spa conference

 

The Professional Spa & Wellness Convention confirmed its success after bringing the latest spa developments and networking opportunities to over 300 professional spa delegates from across the globe.

A panel of spa experts including Jeff Matthews, Chief Executive of Mandara Spa, and Andrew Gibson, Group Spa Director of Mandarin Oriental, shared their successful experiences with investors, directors and senior managers from spas and hotels with practical ideas to improve their business.

Delegates were educated on how to rejuvenate their spa offering and discover the optimum level of bespoke service needed to attract and retain clients. The convention also covered financial and practical models and examined the opportunities and challenges facing the industry.

Spa owners and directors went onto network with their peers and celebrate the stars of the spa industry at the Professional Beauty and World Spa & Wellness Awards ceremony on Sunday February 24 at the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane.
