See how we got our make-up looks for the PB Awards
With little time to get ready for the Professional Beauty Awards after a jam packed first day at the show, Eve and I were more than happy to accept an invitation from Mii Cosmetics to take the weight off and be tended to by a pro.
I was up first and gave my lovely artist quite a specific brief – I wanted make-up that was going to last all night with some light contouring and a slightly stronger highlight. I asked for something soft but defining on my eyes (we went with rose gold) to complement the grey liquid lipstick I applied later, and last but not least, I wanted lashes as I never get to wear them because I just can’t get them on myself. Despite applying 14 different products the look took under half an hour to create and the whole lot lasted all through the night, including the lashes!

Eve had one main request – a smokey eye. The final result was a more modern take than standard black using indigo and purple tones to create a smouldering, stand-out look when she was up on stage during the awards.
