Silver medal for TeamUK at Euroskills

TeamUK picked up a silver medal in Beauty Therapy in the recent Euroskills competition in Lille, France.
Rianne Chester, from Warrington, represented the UK in the Beauty Therapy category, competing over three days from October 2-4. During the competition she completed tasks in advanced electrical facials, sugaring, nails skills including manicure, pedicure and gel polish, make-up and body treatments.
She was trained by the Euroskills training manager for the UK Beauty Therapy Worldskills competitions, Jenna Bailey.
Twenty five countries from Europe took part in the competition, which challenged trainees from all industries, and the UK ranked fifth overall, taking home three gold medals, six silvers, and three medallions of excellence.
