Sk:n becomes the UK’s largest clinic group after acquiring Courthouse Clinics
Aesthetic clinic group Sk:n has purchased The Adonia Medical Group, the parent company of Courthouse Clinics, taking its portfolio to 90 clinics worldwide.
Courthouse Clinics offers a range of anti-ageing aesthetic and wellbeing treatments and the chain has 11 locations in the UK, including Birmingham, Brentwood, Esher, Haywards Heath, Hereford, London, Maidenhead, Sheffield, Southampton, Watford and Wilmslow.
Sk:n’s acquisition of the Adonia Medical Group, has cemented its credentials as the largest independent aesthetic clinic network in the UK.
Darren Grassby, chief executive at sk:n, said: “This is another great addition to our portfolio, which will allow us to reach into new clinic locations while adding greater diversity to our group. sk:n was acquired by TriSpan, a private equity firm, in May 2019, forming the sk:n group. It has since bought Destination Skin, Flint + Flint Clinics and The Harley Medical Group.
