Spa-UK to hold first networking event in the North next week

The UK Spa Association (Spa-UK) will hold its first northern networking event at The Midland Hotel in Manchester on Wednesday, September 24 from 3–6pm.

With the theme "Meet the Experts", the event will allow attendees from the spa and beauty industry to meet the Spa-UK board and ask them for business advice. Board members include Liz Homes, former national health and beauty manager at Virgin Active and spa director at Rockliffe Hall; Helena Field, former spa director of Mandarin Oriental London; and Davina Hassell, spa director at Seaham Hall.

The association's networking events regularly bring together spa owners, managers and supliers from across the UK to chat, make connections and share business advice. 

Previous events have been held at major spas in the South, including Aqua Sana at Center Parcs Woburn Forest in Bedforshire, Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire and Pennyhill Park in Berkshire (pictured above). Wednesday's event will be the first in the North, in a bid to open up the opportunity to different people.
