Swissôtel to open new Istanbul property

Swissôtel Hotels & Resort has announced the opening a new property in Turkey, the Swissôtel KozaPark Istanbul. Set to open in 2019, the hotel will feature 160 rooms. 

Facilities at the property will include in-house Swissôtel spa brand Pürovel Spa & Sport, offering Alpine-inspired treatments and fitness classes, among other things. 

The hotel will also include an indoor and an outdoor pool, a range of restaurants and bars, a ballroom and other meeting and events facilities. 

The new property will also feature the first Swissôtel Residences in Istanbul, with 450 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. 

Lilian Roten, vice president, Swissôtel Brand, said: "Turkey offers great potential for our hotel group and we are delighted with this opportunity to build on our existing presence in the market."

The hotel will form part of KozaPark, a mixed-use residential, retail and entertainment development with a lagoon, a shopping centre, a sports complex and the world’s largest tennis academy, among other features.
