The Bamford Haybarn Spa opens at The Berkley in London

The Bamford Haybarn Spa has opened on the seventh floor of the five-star Berkeley hotel in London’s Knightsbridge. The spa is located within the Berkeley Health Club area, which boasts a rooftop pool, a gym and a garden.

Treatments on the spa menu include the 85-minute Bamford Body Signature Treatment, incorporating reflexology, yogic breathing and Swedish, shiatsu and meridian massage techniques to revitalise the body, the Bamford Jade Hot and Cold Stone Treatment, the Bamford Full Body Exfoliation and de-stress, deep tissue and pregnancy massages.

The Berkeley’s general manager Justin Pinchbeck said that the Bamford Haybarn “will provide the finest luxury experience for guests and members, with a commitment to sustainability and all things British.”

The Soil Association certified natural and organic Bamford Body Collection is used at the spa, as is natural British brand Oskia, with whom the spa has partnered. Oskia has developed a range of facials, including the 75-minute Signature Oskia Glow facial – incorporating eye massage techniques, lymph drainage and acupressure – and the Rejuvenating, Eye Wonder and Glow on the Go facials, for the spa.

Carole Bamford, founder of the Bamford brand, said that the company had: “Hoped to create a beautiful home to bing the Bamford Haybarn experience to London for a long time and the location on the rooftop of the Berkeley enhances Bamford’s connection with nature.”
