Revealed: winners of the Professional Beauty Awards 2020
The Professional Beauty Awards 2020 crowned 17 deserving winners on December 8 during a live-streamed ceremony, including The Falls Spa, The Secret Spa and Kay Pennington from Aqua Sana.
The PB Awards have served the beauty industry for more than 20 years and are the most prestigious accolade for the beauty, spa, nails and aesthetics markets.
Recognising the unwavering hard work and dedication of individuals and businesses, the ceremony, was held virtually for the first time in its history, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
During the live online event, the industry came together to celebrate the businesses that have worked harder than ever to keep standards high and prove the beauty and spa industry is innovative, resilient and essential for wellbeing.
“There’s no doubt it’s been a challenging year for the beauty and spa industry but one silver lining among all of this has been the incredible community that has come together to support one another and to fight to get the industry the respect and recognition it deserves,” said Professional Beauty’s head of editorial Eve Oxberry.

For more than 20 years, we’ve been raising the profile of the businesses and individuals that really set the standard in terms of treatment delivery, customer service, care and progression of their teams and of course hygiene and safety and it’s so vital that we celebrate these achievements this year.
