IHG expands in India

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has added two new Indian properties to its property portfolio.
The hospitality group has signed an agreement with Eros Resorts and Hotels to manage the 160-room Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida and the 193-room Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida.
Amenities at the Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida include a spa, a 929sq m fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel also features a selection of dining outlets, including all-day dining restaurant Infinity, a lobby lounge and a bar.
Leisure facilities at the Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida include a five-treatment room spa, a fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool. Food and beverage options range from all-day dining venue Café On 3 to the Roadhouse Bar and Grill, serving American cuisine.
Douglas Martell, vice president of operations, Southwest Asia at IHG, said: “The signing of the two hotels in Mayur Vihar is a great step in growing the choice of hotels we’re able to offer guests in the northern part of the country."
