Six Senses Spa at Esentai Tower opens in Kazakhstan
The Six Senses Spa at Esentai Tower has opened in Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan. Located on the 20th floor of the 37-storey tower, the spa spans 1,500sq m and incorporates five treatment rooms.
Facilities at the spa, which is the first Six Senses spa in Central Asia and the 28th spa worldwide for the spa and hospitality group, include hammamns, steams rooms, saunas and experience showers – as well as a gym and relaxation pods with mood lighting.
Six Senses spa manger Sofia Hedman commented: “We are delighted to introduce the Six Senses Spa brand to Kazakhstan. Here, guests can find a fusion of urban and retreat energies to relieve stress, rebalance and recharge.”
The spa has partnered with cosmeceutical skincare brand Nannic on targeted treatments for face and body, incorporating the use of radiofrequency technology. The partnership marks the first step in a new Six Senses focus on fusing the latest technologies with a tailor-made approach to health and wellbeing.
In addition to the Nannic treatments, the spa menu also includes hammam therapies, the Six Senses signature detox, energiser, holistic and oriental massages and a range of beauty services – from manicures and pedicures, to makeup application and eyebrow shaping.
