Revealed: agenda and speaker line-up for beauty event PB Online (April 7–8)

As the beauty and spa industry gear up to reopen post-coronavirus lockdown, Professional Beauty Group is hosting two-day virtual event Professional Beauty Online on April 7–8 to equip you with all the skills you need to do this successfully.
Across the two days, we will have industry leaders sharing their valuable business advice on everything from digital marketing and retailing, to how to up your average client spend and tweak your treatment prices accordingly, to make sure your restart after lockdown is a success.
On the PB Online platform you will also be able to virtually meet and connect with likeminded professionals ahead of reopening to share ideas and stories, as well as find inspirational products to help you wow clients when you’re back in your salon or spa.
At 3pm each day we will also have speed networking sessions where you can gain valuable contacts to help your business thrive in the future.

Wednesday 7 April – PB Online day one schedule:

Our panel includes: Cathy Ball, spa director at Calcot Spa; Trent Munday, senior vice president international at Mandara Spa; and Kent Richards, corporate operations director at Six Senses.

Speaker: Racheal Hall, celebrity brow stylist and owner of Eyebrow Envy treatments and training.
11am – “Social media marketing – the best campaigns to run when you reopen and beyond”
Speaker: Scott Dance, founder and chief executive of Salon Revenue Growth.
12pm – “The change to make on reopening: award-winning salon owners share their business plans”
