Lena White leaves OPI after 30 years

Lena White is stepping down as managing director of OPI UK following 30 years of leading the distribution of the international nail brand.

US cosmetic giant Coty acquired Lena White Ltd in January 2014, and since then White has overseen the transition of the team into Coty UK, which is now complete. Coty originally acquired the OPI brand from
its American founders in 2010.

Lena White Ltd was the largest international distributor of the nail brand, with a portfolio of over 5,000 salons, spas and nationwide education centres in the UK.

Brian Riddick, vice president and general manager of UK & Ireland, commented: “I would personally like to thank Lena for the part she has played in the transition this year and to wish her a long and happy retirement.”
