Look Good Feel Better to stage Theatre of Beauty

Charity Look Good Feel Better is to host a series of evening events in Harvey Nichols stores throughout the month of November to raise funds and awareness.

The Theatre of Beauty events that will run in the retailer’s Knightsbridge, London, store on November 4 (4-9pm), the Leeds store on  November 11 (6-9pm); and its Liverpool Beauty Bazaar (pictured) on November 26 (6-9pm).         

Throughout each evening, the stores’ beauty counters will showcase top make-up artists, consultants and brand ambassadors, provide mini makeovers, skin consultations and mini treatments, and competitions. There will also be live Q&A sessions with beauty experts on stage.

The events aim to raise money and awareness for Look Good Feel Better as it celebrates its 20th anniversary. The charity helps improve the self-image and appearance of women struggling with the side effects of cancer treatment, via free group and self-help skincare and make-up workshops.

Standard tickets will cost £10 for the Liverpool or Leeds events or £15 for London and include drinks, canapés and a beauty goody bag, while the £25 VIP tickets also include a personal 15-20 minute consultation with a beauty editor from a leading UK consumer magazine or national newspaper. Tickets can be bought online.

VIP guests will be invited into the Beauty Editors’ Lounge to receive advice on new products, trends and beauty tips, plus a VIP beauty goody bag filled.
