World Spa & Wellness Awards 2020 finalists revealed
The shortlist for the World Spa & Wellness Awards 2020 can now be announced.
With 15 categories, recognising spas from all corners of the world, the awards celebrate excellence in the customer journey, facilities and innovation.
This year, there are four new categories, creating more opportunities for businesses and individuals that have a clear point of difference.
Sustainable Spa of the Year recognises spas that have made innovative changes to help protect the environment, while Spa Leader of the Year will reward an individual who demonstrates impressive leadership of a team and the industry as a whole.
Team of the Year celebreates the amazing bonds formed within spas, recognising exceptional performance from everyone who plays a role in making the business successful, and Day Spa of the Year: Europe recognises the day spas that offer exceptional facilities, packages and cuisine, without residential accommodation.
