Pure Spa opens at Florida’s Pelican Grand Beach Resort

A new spa has opened at the beachfront Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The 914sq m Pure Spa is located on the hotel rooftop and features three indoor treatment rooms and two outdoor treatment cabanas.

The spa, which offers views of the ocean, also has a relaxation room, two manicure/pedicure stations and an outdoor shower.

The décor at the spa is centred on a fresh and nature-based Scandinavian look, in line with the hotel’s Swedish ownership, with whitewashed wooden floors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Spa treatments include the Pure You signature massage, personalised to the individual needs of each client, and the Mommy-to-be pregnancy massage.

Other treatments and services include rooftop yoga, the Royal Bathing Ritual to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise the skin, a selection of facials and nail, waxing and makeup services.

Bob Keesler, general manager of Pelican Grand Beach Resort, said: “We’re thrilled about the opening of Pure Spa. It’s an important cornerstone, adding a new element of luxury lifestyle.”

The spa is the first in the US to use organic Swedish skincare brand Maria Åkerberg’s products. German skincare brand Babor will also be used at the spa.

Pelican Grand Beach Resort is part of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts group.
