Ragdale Hall to launch treatments for cancer patients

Leading UK spa hotel Ragdale Hall has introduced a series of treatments for those dealing with or in remission from cancer, in collaboration with natural British skincare brand Jennifer Young.

The treatments, available from October 1, have been developed specifically for Ragdale Hall and make the spa the first in the country to offer Jennifer Young products and treatments.

Ragdale's senior treatments manager, Hannah Farrell Wall said: "We were impressed with Jennifer's product range and the research behind it. Her products have produced some exceptional results and that fits with Ragdale's philosophy of offering our guests the highest quality we can.

“Jennifer will be directly involved in training our therapists in how to use the products to maximise results, which we believe will make our team one of the best in the country for this specific type of treatment."

Treatment options will include the 75-minute Indulgent Journey, comprising a massage and a facial, the 50-minute Comforting Body Massage, the 50-minute Gently Calming Facial and the Soothing Pedicure and Soothing Manicure, also 50 minutes.

The skincare brand’s founder Jennifer Young said: "I am proud to be working closely with such an innovative, motivated and professional team [as that at Ragdale Hall] and know that many people will benefit from this great new range of treatments using my specialised products."

The Jennifer Young skincare brand features 100% natural products and Young, the founder, has extensive experience of working with cancer treatment centres and support groups.

A qualified beauty therapist, nutritionist and aromatherapist, Young is also the founder of Beauty Despite Cancer, set up to provide online support for those living with the illness.
